Planning your visit should feel simple and relaxing. Here are answers to some of the most common questions about our spa day experiences at Skylark Country Club.
From arrival to departure, everything is designed to run smoothly so you can switch off and enjoy your time with us.

What is included in the spa packages?
Each spa package includes different treatments and access depending on the package selected. Morning Retreat and Afternoon Retreat include a drink on arrival, 4 hour spa access, a 55 minute treatment and afternoon tea. Mini Retreat packages include a 25 minute treatment and afternoon tea. The Relax and Unwind package includes 4 hours of full access to the spa facilities, including the pool, sauna and steam rooms. All packages include full use of the Health Club. Towels, robes and slippers are included with all packages, except the Relax and Unwind package.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Please bring swimwear for use of the spa facilities. Towels, robes and slippers are included with all spa packages, except the Relax and Unwind package. You must also get changed before eating in the restaurant
How far in advance do I need to book afternoon tea packages?
Afternoon tea packages must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
A non refundable deposit of £10 per person is charged at the time of booking. Skylark Country Club reserves the right to charge the full amount if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the booking.
Can I add treatments or upgrades?
Yes. You can add an additional 25 minute treatment for £40, or add prosecco for £25 per bottle.
